This document describes Vincent Motors USA's and it's family of companies: Vincent Motors USA, Intermarket Investment Group, Blackhorse Consulting (hereafter referred to as "Vincent") policy regarding information received about you during visits to our Web site (www.vincentmotors.com). The amount and type of information received depends on how you use our site.

Web site Usage:

You can visit Vincent's Web site to read product information or use our online tools without telling us who you are and without revealing any personal information. The only information we collect and store during normal usage is the duration of your visit, the Web site that referred you to us, the pages you request, and the date and time of those requests. We use this information to measure site activity to improve the usefulness of the web-site. Vincent's Internet Tools:

To use Vincent's Internet services, such as the Dealer Locator (to be added), literature requests, configurator contest etc., we require personally identifying information (name, address, ZIP Code, etc.) that we can use to meet with your request. We use this information to identify and access data in the existing relationship we have with you to provide you with the requested services. The information we gather from the configurator contest is used to predict the styling preferences of our users. Again, this information will not be provided to any third party. We request electronic mail addresses (E-Mail) as an alternate means of contacting you.

Personal Data collection via E-Mail:

Internet users may decide to send Vincent personally identifying information, for example, in a message containing comments about the Vincent Web site. Vincent will only use this information to identify the user. We will not use this information other than to resolve the matter identified in the E-Mail.

10. Clothing Return/Exchange Policy: We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If for any reason you are dissatisfied with a product, we will assist you with a prompt refund or exchange. Products may be exchanged or returned for credit, less 15% restocking fee (for return) and shipping costs by:

* Obtaining a return authorization number via email, within 7 days of receipt of product.
* Product must be in unused condition.
* Product must be returned within one week after authorization number is obtained.

A return authorization number is required for all exchanges and returns. Vincent Motors will accept exchanges and returns when contacted for a return authorization number within 7 calendar days from the receipt of product. A return authorization number must accompany items. Please note that we cannot process returns and issue credit card refunds without a proper return authorization number. To obtain the authorization number, please email the request to info@vincentmotors.com. For your protection, please send your return via prepaid, insured, traceable method such as UPS or insured parcel post. All returns must be sent to:

The return authorization number (RA # xxxxxx) should be marked clearly on the outside of the box.

All returns will be credited to the card that initial payment was billed to. Although we issue the credit as quickly as possible, please allow up to two billing cycles for a refund to appear on your credit card statement. This site and on-line store are controlled and operated by Vincent Motors USA from its offices within the State of California. We will not accept returns for orders past thirty (30) days.

11. Currency Policy. Vincent Motors USA is proud to accept American Express, Discover Club, MasterCard and Visa. We do NOT currently accept debit cards, checks or money orders. All orders are processed in US Dollars.
